Drum Major Baldric Sash - United States Marine Corps - Marine Band San Diego - This is the official ceremonial cross-belt sash worn by the Drum Major of the United States Marine Corps - Marine Band San Diego - Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego / Parris Island.

Worn from the left shoulder to the right hip to carry the mace, this sash is the USMC equivalent of the British Army Drum Major's baldric and displays the full battle history of the Marine Corps on parade. This pattern is standard for USMC Marine Bands, MCRD Recruit Depot Bands, and USMC Drum Corps.
