Green doublets are worn by Irish Regiments (Royal Irish, Irish Guards Pipers), Rifle Regiments (Royal Green Jackets, Rifle Brigade), Canadian Scottish regiments, and US University bands with green school colors.

Bottle/Rifle Green Wool: Deep bottle green / rifle green Melton Wool 18-20 oz - dark forest / hunting green - as seen in photo.
Gold Braid Collar: High stand collar with heavy gold thistle / Celtic knot embroidery - intricate gold wire work.
Gold Dragon/Scroll Wings: Extra-large pointed wings with gold scroll / thistle embroidery and gold border - same elaborate pattern as Red Bagpipe Major but in green.
Full Gold Lacing: Gold braid down center front, gold buttons in groups (3 per side on chest, 3 lower), gold vertical stripes on Inverness front flaps (5 per flap) with gold buttons, and gold vertical stripes on gauntlet cuffs with gold buttons.
