A traditional drummer's plaid, also called a shoulder plaid or drummer's shoulder plaid. Unlike the fly plaid which is a square, the drummer plaid is a long, narrow plaid worn by drummers in pipe bands - draped over the shoulder and hanging down the front and back.

This one is made in Royal Stewart tartan - the most famous tartan in the world. Bright red ground with navy blue, white, yellow and green overchecks. The personal tartan of the Royal House of Stewart. Universal tartan, anyone can wear it.
