Authentic Canadian Police Style Cutaway Kilt Tunic - Scarlet Red Wool - Our Canadian Police Style Cutaway Kilt Tunic is a ceremonial military doublet inspired by Canadian Mounted and Police Highland dress. Made in premium scarlet red melton wool, this tunic features the distinctive cutaway front with rounded tails, as shown in photo.

This model is characterized by its high navy blue stand collar, matching navy shoulder straps with gold buttons, and 5 large gold-plated domed buttons down the front. The chest features two pleated patch pockets with buttoned flaps - a hallmark of the Canadian / Police pattern. Cuffs are finished with 2 small gold buttons for a clean parade look.

Unlike the Irish piper doublet with frogging and velvet bars, this cutaway style is designed to be worn open at the bottom to show the kilt. The front cutaway rises at the center, creating the traditional highland doublet silhouette worn by Canadian, Police , and Commonwealth pipe bands.
