This is the WW2 German Navy Junior Officer Cap worn by Kriegsmarine Leutnants, Sub-Lieutenants, and Junior Officers. The white top with plain black peak is the junior officer pattern, different from senior Captain cap RSC-OC-1046 which has double gold oak leaves on peak.
