Back: Large oval D-loop / wire loop on back - for waist belt strap to go through - open frame buckle type - as clearly seen in photo

Shape: Rectangular plate with wavy scalloped edge

This is the loop-back version - used as waist belt buckle where belt goes through the loop. The other two you showed were plate-only front, this one shows the functional buckle back.
